Enter the secret world in which champagne is conjured into being and let our guide take you on a journey of discovery along a maze of cellar tunnels carved in the chalk underneath the museum.
If you've ever wondered exactly how grapes on the vine are transformed into champagne in the bootle, a tour round our museum will fascinate you, lifting the lid on many of the secrets of champagne making. Here you'll find an array of tools including old pumps, corking machines, sprayers and all manner of amazing wine-making artifacts as well as an astonishing collection of old grape presses from the 17th, 18th & 19th centuries.

After discovering everything the museum has to offer you'll certainly want to taste our champagnes and you can do just that in our special tasting room where you'll round off your visit in style with a tasting of a selection of Launois champagnes.
